The November to February season opens for booking each July. The principal wedding dates are reserved first, so an early call is advisable.
- Catering — our own kitchen; for a fully vegetarian function the non-vegetarian line is suspended that day
- Decor — in-house base decor, or your own decorator following a walkthrough the day before
- Accommodation — group rates for the wedding party and the Royal Suite for the bride
- Sound and lighting — an installed system in the hall; music until 11 pm
- Power — generator backup, with a dedicated standby unit on event days

Before you book
Check-in aur check-out ka time kya hai?
Check-in 12 baje dopahar se, check-out agle din 11 baje subah. Agar train jaldi pahunch gayi to reception ko call kar dijiye — room khaali hone par jaldi bhi de dete hain, bina extra charge ke.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 12:00 noon and check-out is at 11:00 am the following day. If your train arrives early, please call the reception — where a room is free, we are happy to offer early check-in at no additional charge.
Advance dena zaroori hai?
Room ke liye nahi. Phone par confirm karne ke baad room do ghante hold rehta hai, paise property par de sakte hain. Shaadi ki date block karne ke liye 25% advance lagta hai, jo date se 30 din pehle tak refundable hai.
Is an advance payment required?
Not for guest rooms. Once a booking is confirmed by telephone, the room is held for two hours and payment is collected at the property. Banquet dates require a 25% advance, which remains refundable up to 30 days before the event.
Kitchen pure vegetarian hai?
Dono chalte hain. Veg section ka apna tandoor, bartan aur staff alag hai. Poori tarah veg function ke liye us din non-veg line band kar dete hain — bas pehle bata dijiye.
Is the kitchen entirely vegetarian?
We operate both. The vegetarian section has its own tandoor, utensils and staff. For a fully vegetarian function we suspend the non-vegetarian line for that day — please let us know in advance.
Banquet hall me kitne log baith sakte hain?
Air-conditioned hall me 300 log baith kar khaa sakte hain, buffet style me 450 tak. Lawn aur hall dono ek saath lene par 600 tak ho jaata hai.
How many guests does the banquet hall seat?
The air-conditioned hall seats 300 guests for a served meal and accommodates up to 450 for a buffet. Taking the hall and lawn together raises capacity to approximately 600.
Bahar ka decorator ya DJ la sakte hain?
Decorator haan, ek din pehle walkthrough ke saath. Sound local rules ke hisaab se raat 11 baje band karna hota hai. Chahein to dono humare through bhi arrange ho jaate hain.
May we bring our own decorator or DJ?
Decorators are welcome, subject to a walkthrough the day before. Sound must stop by 11:00 pm in line with local regulations. We are also happy to arrange both in-house.
Parking kitni hai?
Gate ke andar lagbhag 60 gaadi. Function wale din approach road par overflow parking hoti hai, humare marshal ke saath.
How much parking is available?
Approximately 60 cars inside the gate. On event days we open overflow parking along the approach road, managed by our marshals.
Station se kitni door hai?
Samastipur Junction gate se lagbhag 6 km. Chahein to pickup arrange kar dete hain, booking ke waqt bata dijiye.
How far is the railway station?
Samastipur Junction is about 6 km from our gate. We can arrange a pick-up — please mention it when booking.
Payment kaise kar sakte hain?
UPI, debit/credit card aur cash — teeno chalte hain. Company billing ke liye GST invoice mil jaata hai.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and cash are all accepted. A GST invoice is available for company billing.
