These terms apply when you use this website or make a booking with us.
Bookings
A form submitted on this website is a request, not a confirmation. A booking is confirmed only once our reception confirms it by telephone.
Rates
Rates are quoted inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated. Rates may change without notice, but a confirmed booking is always honoured at the rate quoted.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 12:00 noon and check-out is at 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability.
Identification
Government-issued photo identification is required for every adult guest. This is a statutory requirement.
House rules
Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. Pets are not accommodated. Amplified music must stop by 11:00 pm.
Damage
Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage caused to hotel property.
