Refund and cancellation policy
How refunds are handled if your plans change.
Guest rooms
No advance is taken, so cancellation carries no charge. A quick call is all we ask, so the room can be released to another guest.
Banquet and weddings
A 25% advance secures the date. Cancellation more than 30 days before the event is refunded in full. After that the advance is held and may be applied to a future date.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are returned within 7 to 10 working days, through the same method used for payment.
No-show
If you do not arrive and have not informed us, the room is held for one night and released the following day.
How to cancel
Call our reception or send an email. WhatsApp is also accepted, and you will receive written confirmation.
